Our Program
At LemmeLearn, we strive for inclusion. Our vocational training program is specially designed to include people with special needs into the community and provide them with the required skills for employment and functional living.
LemmeLearn's program is constructed using evidenced-based methodologies that is personalised to the individual.
We provide a holistic approach - with independent, functional living and building friendships as our end goal.
We work with individuals ages 18 and above, conducting a combination of pretraining (class-based) and on-site training (hands-on) classes to increase student experience.
Greater skills exposure and employment building opportunities are achieved by partnering with different types of companies that act as a training platform, thus increasing special needs awareness to these companies.
Our Classes
Inclusive. Functional. Practical

Functional Math, Science and Technology Class
This class will focus on Math, Science and Technology aspects of functional living and work. It will have a strong hands-on component that overlaps into the LemmeEat sessions and Executive Functioning Living Skills classes, giving them a holistic view of these processes.

Pretraining
Our 2024 Pretraining course will focus on work exposure, strengthening work skills and learning how to live a healthy life.
During this class, we will be rotating through work sites within companies in the community, and strengthening our students' knowledge of skills and social expectations within companies.
Our Healthy Life component lays a foundation for our students to manage their diet, lifestyle, social life, online life to be healthy.

Executive Functioning Living Skills Class
Executive Functioning is how we organize our thoughts to get things done. Often individuals with Autism and learning disabilities have deficits in this area. This class gives strategies and helps strengthen memory, prioritizing, organizing, making decisions, regulation of emotions and filtering out distractions.

Lemme Eat and In-House Company
LemmeEat Nasi Lemak and our In-House Product Company are key platforms we have created to train our students to work, giving them practice and adjusting them to work expectations.
Instead of creating a simulated work flow, we have created real businesses that produce quality food products. These businesses self-sustain and run within the community - allowing our students to connect with their customers (our community) and feel proud of the work that they do.
